  • A matte drawing, where a building site is blown up when an asteroid hits the site

  • Constructed from a series of 2D layers inside After Effects, with a 3D camera and 3D lighting

  • This looks very comical (which is its intension), and has an animated camera inside After Effects to add to the drama of the scene

  • Here I extracted a video of myself, from a recording of me walking in front of a green screen that was evenly lit

  • I then added myself over a video clip of an old fashion black and white sea movie (I just wish I'd warn the right clothing)

  • All done in After Effects

Multimedia Website

Website

Multimedia Website
October 2004 - December 2004

  • A website developed around the theme of telling other people what Multimedia is and how we live in a multimedia world

  • This was my first big web based assignment in the first year of University

  • Overall I feel this was a good attempt for my first large scale website, and go me started off working with Dreamweaver, which I still use for web development to this day

  • However, I do look at this site now and think it needs a bit more colour. It just looks too dull to really be able to explain what multimedia is!
